INTERIOR WORK SURFACE

Enhance your work productivity with ergonomic design. The available interior work surface transforms your truck into your mobile office. The gear shift stows away so that you can unlock your center console to create a flat surface space or desk. The sizable flat surface can slide forward and swivel toward you to help you use your laptop while seated comfortably. F-150® makes it easy to get any job done.

    STOWABLE SHIFTER

    With the push of a button, the gear selector stows away to reveal a flat work surface to fold out. When parked, the available Stowable Shifter is stowable so you can open the available work surface.

    FOLD OPEN THE WORK SURFACE

    The 2022 F-150® has been better suited with an in-vehicle desk that folds down next to the driver’s seat. This available interior feature makes it ideal for signing paperwork, working on a 15-inch laptop, or enjoying a meal while parked.

Offering electrical power from your Pro Power Onboard,™ * the F-150® lets you use your truck like a mobile generator - Charge your tools when building a deck, power up your jackhammer or compact concrete cement mixer with your masonry crew. Your tailgate is always ready and on the job.

POWER TAILGATE

The available power tailgate lets you automatically lift and lower your tailgate with just your key fob. Now you won’t have to blindly reach for a latch when your hands are already full. Before you load up, click the fob and lower the tailgate. Or if you’re unloading, save yourself a trip back and lift the tailgate from a distance. The power tailgate also includes the tailgate step and tailgate work surface.

TAILGATE WORK SURFACE

The F-150® is a platform your business can run on. And the available tailgate work surface holds up its end of the bargain — built with durable composite construction materials and practical details that simplify and support your work. The flat surface is a perfect space to write, measure and cut. It’s grained to help avoid slips and integrated with functional tools like rulers, a mobile device holder, a cupholder, small-item storage and even bottle openers to make life a little easier when you need to take a break or enjoy the end of a long day.

FORD BLUECRUISE

We all want to feel more confident and in command on the road. Available Ford BlueCruise, hands-free highway driving technology coupled with the available Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, Stop-and-Go, Lane Centering, and Speed Sign Recognition features, * allowing the driver to operate their vehicle hands-free while being monitored by a driver-facing camera to make sure you’re keeping your eyes on the road. This feature is compatible with pre-qualified sections of divided highways called Hands-Free Blue Zones that more than over 130,000 miles of North American roads including Canada.10

 

*Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and need to control the vehicle. Ford BlueCruise is a hands-free highway driving feature. Only remove hands from the steering wheel when in a Hands-Free Blue Zone. Always watch the road and be prepared to resume control of the vehicle. It does not replace safe driving. See Owner’s Manual for detail and limitations. The BlueCruise Prep Kit contains the hardware required for this feature. Requires purchased 3-year connected service plan with regular map updates, FordPass™ App and modem activation.

MAP OF THE ROADS

This feature is compatible on prequalified sections of divided highways called Hands-Free Blue Zones that more than over 130,000 miles of North American roads.

DRIVER-FACING CAMERA

An advanced infrared driver-facing camera will track eye gaze and head position to help ensure drivers are paying attention to the road while in Hands-Free Mode as well as hands-on Lane Centering Mode, which works on any road with lane lines. Drivers will be notified by visual prompts on their instrument cluster when they need to return their attention to the road or resume control of the vehicle.10

The advanced, purposeful technology and capability help keep you in control while getting it all done.

BLIS® WITH TRAILER COVERAGE

Available BLIS® (Blind Spot Information System) with Trailer Coverage is a little added help out on the road. It can help by alerting you if a vehicle is detected in your truck’s or trailer’s blind spot.10 With the available telescoping trailer tow mirrors, you can get an even better look at what you’re towing, helping create more confidence and security during lane changes and wide turns.

LANE-KEEPING SYSTEM

It happens. While on the job or heading to your favorite outdoor getaway, you’ve wandered too close to the edge of your lane. However, the available Lane-Keeping System can help you stay in your lane, even during a moment of distraction. This smart feature scans your vehicle’s position between the lines in the road ahead and can alert you if you’re starting to edge out of your lane. Having trouble staying on track? After you’ve drifted, the windshield will display a coffee cup icon, letting you know it’s time to take a break. *10

PRE COLLISION ASSIST WITH AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING

Hazards along the way can arise anywhere, at any time. This feature is designed to scan the road ahead and can alert you to a potential collision with a vehicle or pedestrian detected ahead of you. * If an impact becomes imminent and you don’t take corrective action, the brakes can apply automatically. But they’ll only activate if they’re needed.10
*Pre-Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection detects pedestrians, but not in all conditions, and can help avoid or reduce a collision. It does not replace safe driving. See Owner’s Manual for details and limitations.

AUTO HIGH-BEAM HEADLAMPS

We’ve all been there. Heading into a pitch-black stretch of road and having to turn on the high beams, then forgetting to turn them off as oncoming traffic approaches. Now, unlit roads, dark peripheries and other low-visibility situations don’t have to catch you off-guard. Auto High-Beam Headlamps can sense poor lighting conditions and switch on to light your path ahead. They even sense oncoming headlights and dim automatically so you don’t have to worry about blinding other drivers. So you can keep your focus- and both hands on the wheel.10

INTELLIGENT ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL

Tech that makes your long drive feel like a cruise. Not only does available Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop-and-Go help you keep your pace, but can also slow down your vehicle if the traffic ahead has stopped or slowed. As soon as things clear, you’ll get right back to where you left off. And that’s not the only way it enhances your cruise control experience. The added Lane Centering feature scans lane markings to help keep your F-150® on track. With Speed Sign Recognition to go along with it, you can stay up to speed, even if you missed the signs. *10

REAR VIEW CAMERA WITH DYNAMIC HITCH ASSIST

Between glancing in the rearview mirror and craning your neck, backing up requires some multitasking. So we help make it easier. Standard on the 2022 Ford F-150®, the Rear View Camera with Dynamic Hitch Assist10 provides a wide view of what’s behind your vehicle. Just make sure to keep the camera lens free of debris (like snow or dust) and you can navigate Reverse with more confidence.

PRO TRAILER BACKUP ASSIST™

Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned pro, backing up with a trailer can be challenging. This available feature makes it as easy as turning a knob – simply rotate in the direction you want the trailer to go and Pro Trailer Backup Assist™ responds accordingly.10

HILL DESCENT CONTROL™

Hill Descent Control™ is essentially a cruise control system that uses traction control technology with anti-lock brakes.10 This system continually adjusts braking pressure to help control slippage and maintain a constant preset speed while you are going down a steep grade. This capability helps you concentrate on steering since you don’t have to apply the brakes or downshift. On a downhill grade, Hill Descent Control™ can maintain a vehicle speed between 2 and 12 mph. Above 20 mph, the system remains activated, but the descent speed cannot be set until you are below 20 mph again.

CONNECTED BUILT-IN NAVIGATION (3-YEARS OF SERVICE)

Whether it means missing a flight or just losing your cool, a wrong turn can put a dent in your day. Built like a sherpa for trips large and small, the available Connected Built-In Navigation (3-years of service)12 can help you stay confidently on course. But that’s not all. It can also point you to the nearest gas stations or coffee shops.

EVASIVE STEERING ASSIST

Traffic is rolling along smoothly when suddenly there’s a slow or stopped vehicle in your path. This available feature can help make it easier to potentially avoid a collision. It doesn’t steer for you, but it can provide extra steering support if the system’s warning goes off and you need to maneuver around the vehicle ahead.10

ACTIVE PARK ASSIST 2.0

Parking made easier – even in tight parallel or reverse perpendicular spots. When engaged, it can help locate a potential spot. Then all you have to do is brake to a complete stop, shift into Neutral and hold down the Active Park Assist button – your vehicle does the rest. Available Active Park Assist 2.0 also offers park out assist with side-sensing capability so you can confidently navigate out of a parking spot when someone’s parked too close to you.10

F-150® provides bright, efficient and long-lasting illumination. On the road, available LED projector headlamps with Adaptive Dynamic Bending give you a clear view of the road, adjusting for clarity around curves and creating a wide beam to help you see off to the side.
