      Ford Co-Pilot360™ technology is an advanced suite of standard and available driver-assist technologies that includes BLIS® with Cross-Traffic Alert, Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking, Auto High-Beam Headlamps, Lane-Keeping System and Rear View Camera. Ford Transit Connect Passenger Wagon also makes additional technology available that is designed to help keep you in command, from the driveway to the highway.10

      PRE-COLLISION ASSIST WITH AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING

      If the system’s sensors detect a potential collision with a car or pedestrian in front of you, a warning flashes and an audible alert sounds. * Also, the brakes will precharge and increase brake-assist sensitivity to provide full responsiveness when you do brake. If you do not take corrective action and a collision is imminent, the brakes can automatically apply.
      *Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and the need to control the vehicle. Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking detects pedestrians, but not in all conditions, and can help avoid or reduce a collision. It does not replace safe driving. See owner’s manual for details and limitations.

      LANE-KEEPING SYSTEM

      It happens. Maybe you’re caught up listening to your favorite podcast or need your morning latte, but you’ve wandered a little too close to the edge of your lane. The available Lane-Keeping System10* included with Adaptive Cruise control, can help you stay in your lane, even during a moment of distraction. This smart feature scans your vehicle’s position between the lines in the road ahead and can alert you if you’re starting to edge out of your lane. Having trouble staying on track? After you’ve drifted a few times, you’ll see a coffee cup icon, letting you know it’s time to take a break.

      AUTO HIGH-BEAM HEADLAMPS

      Available Auto High-Beam Headlamps10 can sense poor lighting conditions and switch on to brighten your path ahead. They can even sense oncoming headlights and dim automatically, so you don’t have to worry about blinding other drivers. They can help you keep your focus on the road – and both hands on the wheel.

      BLIS® WITH CROSS-TRAFFIC ALERT

      How many times have you tensed up during an attempted lane change on a busy freeway? With BLIS® (Blind Spot Information System), you won’t have to bother your passenger with “Can I get over?” This available feature can help detect and alert you to vehicles in your blind spot, while Cross-Traffic Alert can detect traffic behind you when you’re slowly backing out of a parking space or driveway.10

      ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL

      The available Adaptive Cruise Control10 slows down your vehicle if the traffic ahead has slowed. As soon as things clear, you'll resume your preset speed. Lane Keeping System* is included with available Adaptive Cruise Control.10

      REAR VIEW CAMERA

      The Rear View Camera10 provides a video image on the center-stack screen of the area behind your vehicle. The camera is activated when you shift into Reverse and back up slowly. The screen has guides to help you align your vehicle with a trailer or assist you with backing up in tight places.

      ENHANCED ACTIVE PARK ASSIST

      While you’re driving slowly near parking spots, activate this available feature and your Transit Connect will scan for an available opening. Ultrasonic sensors measure your distance from parked vehicles and, once an appropriate spot is identified, you’re signaled to stop and accept the system’s assistance. With a few actions on your part – shifting, accelerating and braking – the vehicle can smoothly parallel park or back into a perpendicular parking space.10
